Boise, Idaho – Black Box VRthe world’s first virtual reality gym experience, is proud to announce its sponsorship of the upcoming Treefort Music Fest in Boise, Idaho. As Black Box VR continues to expand its presence in the area, supporting local events like Treefort Music Fest is a top priority for the company. Over 25,000 music and tech enthusiasts are expected to attend the event, which runs from March 22 to March 26, 2023.

Treefort Music Fest has become known for showcasing a wide range of music genres, including indie rock, hip-hop, electronic, folk, and more, making it an event that truly has something for everyone. But it’s not just the music that draws people in; Treefort is also renowned for its Hackfort component, which celebrates all things tech, and includes talks and panel discussions with some of the most innovative minds in the industry.

Black Box VR founders, Ryan DeLuca and Preston Lewis, are excited to take part in the festival’s tech-focused component, Hackfort. DeLuca, a native of Boise, previously founded Bodybuilding.com, a technology-driven health and fitness company that grew to become the largest online retailer of nutritional supplements before he stepped down as CEO. Giving back to the local community has always been a crucial part of DeLuca and Lewis’ mission as entrepreneurs.

Ryan DeLuca will be speaking at Hackfort on Friday, March 24th at 10am at the Boise Centre (Room East 410B). The panel discussion, titled “Changing the Game: How Black Box VR is Transforming the Fitness Industry with Cutting-Edge Technology,” will provide attendees with an inside look at how Black Box VR is revolutionizing the fitness industry through the use of cutting-edge technology. The discussion will delve into the technical details of how the game, hardware, and mobile app were designed, and what sets Black Box VR apart from other fitness solutions. Attendees will also learn how AI is used to personalize the experience for each user, and how this technology is changing the way people think about fitness.

Main St., Suite 207.
